I have experience tutoring in high school and still today I tutor an individual in our calculus course. When ever I get something in class before others I extend a helping hand where needed. I would like to be a tutor because I believe you don't understand something completely until you can teach someone else, and I enjoy helping others. Tutor someone will also give me the opportunity to be a role model to those I am tutoring. I have experience working with the Big Brother Big Sister mentoring program, which allowed me develop a relationship with a student, helping her adapt to her new surroundings socially, and academically. Currently I am in calculus, and financial accounting. I have received an associate degree in science on May 10, 2007. During my first two years of education I completed physics, biology, statistics, us government, music, computer skills, etc... I have good time management due to the fact I have been playing basketball since my freshman year of high school and continue to play on an athletic scholarship.
